RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION
All reservations can be made through email
or phone contact. Reservations can be made up to the day
before desired tour date. All tours must be reserved with
an American Express card, which will be charged after the
tour has been completed. Cancellations may be made up to
48 hours before date of tour. If cancellation is made 48
hours before reserved tour, the party will be charged for
1/2 of the cost of the tour. If a tour is cancelled on the
day of the planned tour, the entire amount will be charged
to the party.
INSURANCE
Independent trip cancellation and health insurance are recommended
to all clients. In case of needless loss of money, in case
of illness, accident, or other unanticapated occurrences.
Ex-Pat Personal Tours does not provide such insurance, nor
is it directly responsible for any loss or damage of personal
effects during the time frame of a given tour.
ITINERARY
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may find it necessary
to make changes in our stated itinerary. Any changes will
maintain the high standard of previous discussed and planned
tours. Any cost difference will be paid by Ex-Pat Personal
Tours.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS
Ex-Pat Personal Tours reserves the right
to cancel a tour. In this unlikely situation, you would
receive a complete refund of the monies received. Ex-Pat
Personal Tours will not assume any other liability and is
not responsible for any personal expenses as a result of
a tour cancellation, such as airline tickets or pre-paid
hotel reservations.
